Used it for colored grout stain and worked perfectly. Stayed in the lines, dispensed the perfect amount evenly and made no mess.

Handy gadget you won't regret
I have used a brush to do this job previously and what a waste of time. Buy this and you won't regret it, makes the job go so much faster. Worked perfectly for our grout spacing and made a boring job go quick and easy. Sat my laptop on the floor with a movie, on, sat on the floor and rolled away and finished a very large area. I used this to seal new grout.

Would be better if they included a cap to prevent unused product from evaporating.

Worked great! Just don't overfill
Worked great! Make sure to only fill it 1/3 or half full. If you put too much in at a time, it will gush out too fast and make a mess. You do want some extra on the grout lines to make sure you get a full soak, so a little extra is not a bad thing. If you use a foam brush and put just enough to soak in then you'll have to do a second coat to get proper seal.I have 24" x 24" tiles so I barely used a 1/4 bottle for the whole bathroom.

The paint did not go on evenly or smoothly.I ended up paining all of my grout lines by hand with a brush.I think the paint should have been thinner and when I squeezed the bottle, paint came out the lid.I had a mess on my hands, literally.Good luck.

Made a tedious grout sealing job more tolerable
Works well for sealing floor grout in a 2400sqft home. Running it along a long grout line works well, but as soon as you flip the bottle over to start or stop it leaks a lot. Feel like to wastes more product than it should, but overall was easier than trying to hand paint the grout lines.

QEP 10279 Grout Seal Bottle is a way of placing the grout sealer (sold separately) either vertical or horizontal.I bought a sealing liquid that came with a brush but it was difficult and took a long time. When I put the sealing liquid in the QEP 10279 Grout Seal Bottle, I was able to roll along quickly doing the three bath walls. I highly recommend thi wheel method, you'll finish project much quicker than with a brush.

Once you learn how to use the bottle, this stuff is amazing. Used one coat and it’s repelling water.
