Q: how long does the cream last for? How many applications?

A little goes a long way, so it depends on how often you use it. Used it for a camping trip(3 days) and still have more than half left.

Q: Once applying this to your feet, can you put k tape over it? Will the tape stay on?

If you apply Goo and rub it in well, then wipe with a clean cloth, some tape with good adhesive will stick but the tape will likely not stick as well as it would applied to the skin with no Goo. I don't have experience with strapping tape applied over Goo but I did just try some different tapes I have in my basement to see the results. Normal wound plaster was hopeless even after I wiped my foot with a cloth. Gorilla Tape worked well, but left black adhesive marks on my skin, so I don't recommend that! The best way to know is to try it out. Goo can also be applied many hours before you need it, which may allow tape to stick and get benefit from the Goo. Experimentation is you best friend here before you set out on your next adventure.
