Kids grow fast, and events don’t happen that often, so I was looking for an option that combined excellent craftsmanship and fabric quality, but at a reasonable price.So, this is an Oxford fabric shirt, available in different colors. If we were talking about a light blue shirt, I might discuss the color, but we just bought a white one, so there's not much to say about the color — it's really white!The material is durable, and it's clear that the fabric is of good quality. The shirt doesn't wrinkle, which, as you can imagine, is important for kids. The only downside, in my opinion, is that the fabric could have some threads woven into it to make it a bit stretchier, since kids are active, but this fabric doesn't stretch at all. Although, perhaps that’s a plus — it won’t stretch out of shape.The Children's Place Boys' Long Sleeve Oxford Button Down Shirt turned out to be a great choice for us. Ordered this black button up for my kiddos choir performance. It arrived in excellent brand new condition. The sizing was perfect. For reference my child is 100 lbs and XL (16) fit great. Quality feels substantial and the price was comparable to other websites.
