Item was of poor quality when examining it. The train mechanism was noisy and unrefined plus did not always run. The lighting for the buildings was dim and the e quality of the landscape could have been better. The addition of the star on the top of the done was not necessary, only likely to become detached eventually. The train and carriages hover above the track, instead they could be on it, with the whole assembly revolving instead.

Nice scenery. Looks great during the day but no illumination at night. Cannot see snow globe working and cannot see train but my god you can certainly hear it. The train going round is so noisy I can't hear the telly. I think the product is worth about £10 to £15 and not the £187 i paid for it. I used to have one i bought for £20 and was ten times better than this. Wish I kept it now but was battery driven as this runs off mains.

Was really well made, very well detailed, super happy with the item, would recommend for anyone who has a nice indoor Christmas display

Very disappointing - three years and only used each year a few hours each day, from Dec 6th to 1st Jan - kept in original packaging for the rest of the year in house cupboard. This year 2020 - the snow does not function. The liquid inside the globe is now yellow. This was an expensive item and I expected it to last longer than three years. Out of warranty so the seller would not help.

Love the look of this product but the quality is not up to the price,,, before I got it out of the well packed box, the plastic silver top had come off, decided not to glue it back on as I preferred it without the plastic top off, I did see the other reviews that said about not good quality but thr were a lot of good reviews, I decided to buy and guess what I agreed with them, I would of sent this item back but it was a present from my husband and it's the memories

It is just about ok. You can't have the light on by itself. The rattling train has to be rattling along as well. Ok for 50-80 quid but not 180!
