The flavour is not bad, I was afraid but honestly, it's mildly bitter. Leucine is okay, won't taste good with milk as milk protein (and other stuff) contains enzymes that break open the flavour, perfect with juice, pineapple, grapefruit, apple, etc… I use a hand mixer small that froths milk and mixes well

As others have pointed out this doesn't mix well and tastes like death, but the only way to avoid that is to add the flavourings, sweeteners and bulking agents you should be striving to avoid. I add this to casein which I eat before bed, I add leucine here because the casein is already rich in glutamine. If you're taking this in some other way and are not sure whether to go for leucine or glutamine, I'd choose glutamine as it is more palatable and mixes more easily.

Tastes horribly and it does not disolve in water (unless stiring for 5 minutes), but I definitely feel better when taking it before and after gym

Tastes like ear wax & not soluble in water

This powder is so fine it's hydrophobic. It says on the pack to mix 3g (1.5 scoops) with 50ml if water, That's such a tiny amount of water and the powder just floats on top. It also says to use a shaker bottle. The problem with this is with that small amount of water and the consistency of the powder all it does is make a paste that then coats the shaker making it useless. Also the scoop that comes with it has a short handle and the bag is so narrow at the opening that you end up with it all over the place. On your hand on the counter, if you breath a little too heavy it drifts through the air like it's strong breeze in Tony Montana's gaff.

Doesn't disolve and tastes terrible but i think it works.
