but it was perfect for what we needed
Ordered this for a whole troop of girls for thinking day. Ages range from nearly 6 to nearly 9. Some had to clip it, all wore little cami's underneath, but it was perfect for what we needed!

Not for a 4 yr. old
Will not fit an average 4 yr. My son is 4. 40 lbs. We had to fold it and clip it behind him for his international festival. Could have been a cool costume if it actually fit.
