Works Great
I have a Weber Grill that is about 10 years old and it needed new burners. These are great - it’s like new grill!

Easy to install
Love our Q-series 300 BBQ. We have had it almost 15 yrs. It gets lots of use every summer, so the burner finally started burning too hot. (Propane is corrosive and it seemed to make the flame burn hotter on one side)New burner was easy to install. Works like when it was brand new again.

Perfect fit
I decided to replace the tubes because I had substantial hot spots after about 10 years. The new tubes were a perfect fit and only took a few minutes to install. The hot spots are gone and I’m back to being able to use the full grill area with consistent heating.

Wonderful replacement
Genuine Weber product came with instruction sheet and spare screws depending on your grill model. Total replacement time was 10 minutes from beginning to firing up the grill for a test. I would recommend getting the grill to 600 degrees for a few minutes to burn off any residual oil etc that may affect the food on your first time using the new burner. Highly recommend.

Easy Installation
We use our grill year round and about twice a week. It was so easy to install that any fool could do it; it took me about 20 minutes. Each burner is held in place by one screw. Unscrew, lift, twist, and pull to remove the old one.Reverse the procedure to install the new one. New screws come with the kit. They work perfectly.

Good product
Installation on the Q320 was super-easy. No problem with the length on the single burner that others had experienced. The single burner tube was indeed shorter than the one I replaced, but they seem to have moved the screw hole plate so that the ignition end was flush and the screw hole still aligned. Removing old, encrusted screws was the hardest part, but pretty manageable - one needed a little WD40. In looking at other's comments on length issue of the straight/single tube, I recall that the Q320 instructions gave installation info for both "earlier style" and "later style" burner tubes. Maybe that's where the problem is?

Great Decision to Purchase
My 4-year-old Weber Q320 grill (which I love) was beginning to show its age. The old burners were becoming clogged and were heating unevenly. Rather than buy a new grill, I ordered this replacement burner set. As others have mentioned, this set comes with directions. The installation was straightforward and easy. A few paper towels and some Greased Lightning will help minimize the mess of handling the old unit. I had been concerned that the two machine screws that held the old burner parts to the grill body might have corroded and would need some WD-40 or penetrating oil to loosen them. I was pleasantly surprised when both screws backed out with no hesitation at all. Not to worry about using the old screws -- this unit comes with replacement screws for both Q300 and Q320.It is gratifying to own a product for which the manufacturer has replacement parts readily available. I had previously replaced the starter button unit, with the same positive experience. Keep up the good work, Weber!
