I love the box that comes with the product - this is the best I can say about the product. After I bought this product, I realized the mistake. I also had the opportunity to see what 2 carpenters used for a wood holesaw. I was impressed with the gauge of the hole saws they had. That is when I understand that this product is inferior in build quality. A couple days ago, my carpenter wanted to use my biggest hole saw bit and was rather disappointed to note that it was mangled in shape trying to drive a hole through 19mm ply. Work was incomplete and the carpenter had to bring his. Odd thing was that the circular holesaw started slipping (even though we secured it with the provided allen key). BTW, out of the 11 pieces, the smallest 2 pieces just do not fit at all. Terrible product and misleading marketing.Works average on plywood, dealwood. Probably best for MDF. I tried this product on 19mm, 15mm and 6mm plywood sheets. you get what you pay for.I plan to replace this with a visit to K R Market and hunt for the heavy gauge ones. it is a pity that FORSTNER bits are not available in India at this time

This product is a fail.1. The wood piece (which is cut out) gets stuck inside every single time you use these cutters. So you have to disassemble everything in order to remove the wood piece. Also, it isn't easy at all to remove the wood piece from the cutter.2. There is Allen key and the small bolt, which is provided to tighten the drill bit, isnt sturdy. The bolt will be damaged the first time you tighten it and can never be loosen again,and your drill bit will remain stuck.Such a waste of money.

I haven't use it yet, but the built quality seems very decent, the packaging is quite good, the product seems sturdy, plus I got it at a very reasonable price (₹ 319). One thing I have to complain is that the case is cracked, other than that everything seems superb quality (but I haven't use it yet)

Low quality product, finished by using 1 to 3 times, cheap Chinese quality, not good for business or commercial purpose to use, in home for DIY is Ok
