My order came in the mail in one piece, but it's easy to tell immediately that this is made of the cheapest available wood. The hooks are a cheap plastic rather than a sturdy metal, as they are meant to appear to be. I wouldn't say don't buy this product, just know that for the price it's made of very cheap wood and materials. Too bad I don't have carpentry tools, or I could make this myself with better materials. However, this is a good short-term solution in the meantime.Also I've noticed other reviewers mention the small slot in the front where mail can fall out, so just be aware of that. I will update if anything changes, but I expect the plastic hooks will break in the near future, so I will have to replace them with some sturdier ones.

I love the look of this, and it's very sturdy. The only problem (the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars) is that there's a gap at the bottom front, and my letters frequently slide out of it unless I'm very careful about how I stand them up in the holder. It's annoying, and I'm going to have to attach a piece of veneer or screen or something to close that gap.

The holes on the back for hanging were not level with each other. One was 3/8 higher than the other. It made installation difficult, but now that it’s mounted it’s perfect!

I liked this product. It was sturdy and attractive. It came with the hardware to mount it with. It might be a small for some people, so I would suggest you put a comparable sheet of paper on the wall where you plan to mount it in order to gauge if it will meet your expectations.

A little annoying that mail will fall out through the bottom if not placed in in a certain way but other than that, super cute. Holds our keys, hats, mail, wallet.

Like the color of wood and the sturdiness.

Not too heavy, but well-made. The hooks are small enough for keys and large enough to hang dog leashes on. It has been awesome for helping declutter the house.

The item came assembled and easy to install. It also matched the picture perfectly.

its looking good on the wall mounted plenty of space for letters keys and other stuff but the only issue is that the key holders a poor quality and brake very easy so i went and bought stainless steel ones to replace ... overall its ok

Very nice item. My only criticism is the quality of the fixing screws. I noticed this on arrival so simply used my own screws, so no problem. The holder does exactly what we want it to do
