Parts are missing
I ordered this drill machine and there are screw driver part handle is missing I have tried to return but no help and nobody came to pickup please go with some another brand since it is waste of money and also waste of time to return it.

Good tool quality for home use but complete set was not provided
Received on time. quality of the tools seems to be good enough for Home use. but the box i received, the tools are completely scattered. 1) Tile cutting bit is missing 2) Glass cutting bit are missing 3) Digital line tester is not working 4) Ring spanners are missing 5) importantly Wheel washers to fit the grinder and cutter on the machine are missing 6) sparks are observed in the drill machine. Drill is working fine but dont know whether sparks is issue.No replacement with complete set was available.. dont want to return product as got it in good price.I would be more happy if i would have got complete product as said in description.

Packaging not tamperproof ; tools not in spill-proof containers; no seperator to prevent jumbling-up
An attractive tool kit, yet to use. Worrying points:- a) Box has only clip restrainer & no locking devise. Box enclosed inside cardboard, openable jacket & despatched as is, not made tamper proof.. All items dislodged from housing & jumbled. Set of allenkeys missing. b) Packaging should be tamperproof with internal seperators & tag for item’s location within the box & no contents list enclosed

Worthless item
Very poor quality drilling machine. It was wobbling since beginning and could not return it since return period was over and hardly after 30 days use it became totally unusable for the extreme wobbling. I used it only occasionally for minor home use but did not sustain. Tried to repair it but part not available. All the accessories recd are also of very poor quality except the box containing the product and accessories which of course is good. Can the company get my drill repaired at least. If so I shall be thank full.

Good item but accessory missing
The media could not be loaded. The first time I ordered this, the screwdriver was missing. I ordered a replacement but as you can see, the screwdriver was missing again. And also it seemed like the same box which I had returned 2 days before, I am not sure of this but the way it was packed it did look like that. Overall, it is good but missing items should be taken care of
