Inditradition Grid Solid Form Roller For Exercise (Blue) - 12 Inch

I haven't used any foam roller other than this one before so i don't have anything to compare it with. But it serves my purpose.It's fairly cheaper than other options available. Good size. Not too big so that it would be hard to store. And not so small that it'd be ineffective to use. It just works as intended.Good product overall.

Ok first off, let me tell the dimensions of the product:Diameter: 14 cm(approx.)Length: 29.5 cm(approx.)Now as for the product, just because it's foam don't think it'll be soft like a sponge!I don't use it for rolling excersises so, I can't comment on it.It's quite stiff/firm like it should be, I tried to squeeze it using both hands I couldn't press it down more than 2cms... So no need to worry of the roller becoming flattened in the near future.Another thing is, the roller is very light.The texture isn't too grippy, it's a little too smooth I'd say. I like it as far as texture goes.Now, let's go to the buts:But the condition of the product I received seems like it's been used prior, the texture is rubbed off, and the product was delivered in poor packing, the carton box was totally damaged and even opened, as I have received it.And overall there's some "stains" or "marks" on the product, I had to clean it off using Colin. The roller seems to be having a visible lip through which you could peel off the outer cover(see the pics).Over all I'd say I got it for a cheap price and I'm happy about the purchase.I have a partial ACL tear so I needed it for physio excersises.Hope this helps.

This is also not too long so you can do some lying yoga stretches very effectively with this. It is quite soft but firm when used. When you do exercises like Peacock pose with it, it gives you very nice elevation and stretch. In such stretches it is extremely useful. It looks fine but as you can see it appears to be joined from two different foams. But that joint is so smooth that you won’t find any difference.What i wish is that it were a bit longer, maybe an inch or two for some effective abdomen exercises as because of the short length you have to place it precisely in a perfect balancing manner else you would fall from the exercise pose midway.Have been using it for months now and don’t see any signs of deterioration. So the quality and longevity is pretty good.

A very good product. 12 inch length . The foam on the roller is just firm enough to give the proper support while not being hard. I feel it has been worth it for 699.

good product , hard foam good for my shin splint exercises and cheaper than all the branded items but no compromise in quality

Seller is giving damaged product .i ordered 12 inch but it was damaged so I replaced .. quality was it was ok... it hard foam roller do it works
