Good quality.
I've been using this from 8 years, it's better than other brands I feel so. I've used a few other ones but I like this one more. It has a good quality. For me it stays for 6 hours on heavy flow.

Perfect for heavy days too if you change in 4-5 hours.I have stopped buying heavy coverage tampons as they are too big and highly uncomfortable.This is small doesn't come with a applicator but once you learn the trick you wont need any applicator at all. Its easy.Its easy to forget about it due to its comfort but don't forget to remove it in 6 or 7 hours.
