I ordered a XL vest upping the size based on the size of my jackets. Even with a hoodie I have a good fit. With just a T shirt its loose but with the hotter weather thats fine. This is a really well made vest . I was hesitant about the collar buy you don't even know its there. I have no complaints at all. I would recommend this. By the way, I am 6' and weigh about 190lbs.
