Each bit of it shows finesse and quality
A very good product. I use it for cutting layered cake and bread loaf. I am very happy with the purchase. I'm not a professional baker. I might have baked max 10 cakes and some 7 or 8 loafs of bread. But this knife have shown clear sign of quality of what it is supposed to do - cut the cake and bread without making a mess. For an amateur like me this is huge achievement to be able to cut the cake and bread properly. Price is more compared to other cheap options. I don't regret paying the extra premium for this knife.

Good knife
Just received the product. Strong esthetic appeal, ergonomic design. Good build quality and I think better than cartini chef knife. Hope retention of sharpness will be better than cartini as it has been used 5cr15mov with 57 HRC grade steel. It is really value for money especially in Indian context. I have not rated 5 star because original German made knife deserve that.

Excellent product to buy. Blindly go for it.
It's a full bolster , alloy steel knife with too much sharp blade. Knife has a mirror finish on blade and riveted asbestos handle for a perfect grip. Most attractive feature is knife is manufactured from a single piece metallic bar.Size of product is small than expected . it is only 23.5 cm long from handle to tip of blade. Maximum blade width is 2.1 cm.But I lived the product it is so sharp so sharp that one can shave his beard. Overall an excellent product to have in kitchen.

Disappointed
Last year I bought the same knife and from the same vendor, and the knife came in proper packaging. It was very sharp and very good.So, I decided to make a repeat order. My repeat order came in an OPENED cardboard package SEALED WITH A TAPE. The knIfe though look same had NO SHARPNESS whatsoever. Looks like i have been cheated and they sent me a used knife.

A six star product(review after 2 months of use)
I was always happy with products from Crystal family. I already own smaller knives from them, so had no scepticism while making this purchase.... Infact this product has gone beyond my expectations. I've already used knives from other well known brands, and this knife is no way lesser then them. Large knife, extremely well built, comfy to hold and has retained its sharpness even after a month of usage. Go for it guys.

8 inch chefs knife with good balance and sharpe
8 inch chefs knife with good balance and sharpe. Other imported knives around 6k may be better but for beginner or home user this is fairly good option. Comes with right thickness blade and good cutting edge. Hopefully will retain its edge longer than Sheffield knives.
