Got this for work. Works great. The muffs stay were you put them, and cover the ears real nice. One wish is that here were more volume adjustments. Sometimes one setting is to high and the other is to low. The cushions on the muffs are comfortable to wear even for a long hours. Doesn't even hurt my ears win the train whistle blows two feet away me.

I purchased these directly from Earshots website. They arrived in 2 very fast days, from the UK! These are NRR 21db,SNR 26. I'll have to say they seal better than the Impact Sport of the Howard Leight brand, and are a bit more comfy. The sound up and down and power button , work with a press and does not stress the finger.You can plug your phone in with the patch cord. Sadly 3M doesn't put one in there for you.The batteries aren't in the box either. That would be 4 stars, but since I'm a Peltor lover im going 5 stars. Maybe they will include both as more of the Protac III sells. I suggest you do a "hard wear " and by that I mean wear the muffs for several hours so the headband will contour to your head shape and the ear cups will fit around your ears. Ladies do yourselves a good service to your ears and place your hair behind your ears to get a good seal. Speaking of seal, they will suck onto your ears if you apply pressure. Some like that some don't . Impressive ear Hickey maker . You get my point I'm sure. May also suggest , for added comfort, cut out some soft plush fleece and pop off your ear cushion and place it over the foam padding, snap it back on. I'm willing to bet you won't want to take them off, and will wear them all day. Best thing is you can hear a lot of stuff and the ear cups have a design ,even if you sweat in them, they won't short out on you because the circuitry is on the outside of the earmuffs ...under the removable shells. The simple traditional headband makes them fit nicely and the round design with adjustable ear cups ensures a nice fit on any size head. You can even sleep in these , being they have a small profile. I did for one night. They are great for shutting out loud sounds and amplifying others, and has a nice stereo feel in the sound quality. You can use them in any situation. The WorkTunes Pro and Pro-Tac III models are great products and worth the money. Buy them from Earshot.

These are okay. I ordered them with the gel cups which made them very comfortable for all day wear. However, I was not impressed with the volume. Very low volume makes it hard to hear during fire, and if you double with foam plugs it’s extremely hard to hear. These are good for handgun. They are okay for rifle, but only if outdoor. You’re ears will hurt if you wear only these while shooting rifle indoors or on a covered range. Volume on MSA are much louder by comparison. Howard Leights are also much louder volume wise.
