it works as it should.
Not sure what the feature "stretch" is since if you extend your arms up enough you will certainly get a stretch. But, being a former competitive bodybuilder back in the day, and having my own equipment in my garage and working out for over 40 years, I know what good handles should be and this is one. I have a short straight bar and a pull-down, all with the revolving hinge as does this and I wouldn't have any other. The grips are a plus similar to how Ivanko dumb bells are made. Easier to grip as opposed to flat. I wanted something with a parallel close grip to work the lats and can feel that it does. Costs a bit more but worth it.

Not good for T bar rows.
Good double D bar for rows. Not good for T bar rows though. Because it does not come to a perfect V on the inside. You don't want that rounded center if you're going to use it for that.
