The feel of cheap plastic in your hand!
This remote control looks like the original but it doesn't feel like the original. It's lighter in weight and it feel like cheap plastic. I'd rather pay more money for a remote control that had the same weight and feel to it as the original, then less money for something that feels cheap in my hand.

I had to replace my Samsung sound bar remote
Exactly what I needed and it came quickly.

Unable to open the remote to place batteries.
Impossible to open the back sideways to place batteries. STUCK. UNABLE to USE, requesting credit. The whole back has to slide sideways, in order to open, bad feature. Cannot give any rating for a product that cannot be used.

Works great but had a difficult time getting back off to put batteries in.

Doesn't work
Not sure if I got a defective unit or what, but this remote does not work for the MS650 which it indicate should be compatible. Tried multiple new batteries with no luck. This remote is extremely light and felt like there's nothing inside other than just the casing.
