I recieved my order if this shampoo and conditioner and just used it for the 1st time today. It smells amazing and left my hair soft and smelling good. It lathered very well and I also use the leave in spray intense therapy afterwards. I love for my hair to smell good after it's dried and this product leaves it not only smelling good but also soft. It didn't weigh my hair down or make it feel like there was residue in it and rinsed out clean. It is an authentic product.

The shipping is the issue! I opened the box and the shampoo was in a clear sealed bag. The lid had become loose during shipping and the shampoo had leaked all over the bottle and the bag. Need to find a new way of shipping this product! The product itself is great. Shipping just needs help!

This shampoo has made such a difference already in such a short time! I pair it with the conditioner & my hair thanks me. It doesn't take much & smells great!

Oh my goodness, these products are amazing! My hair was seriously damaged from a botched highlight and was trying so many different shampoos/conditioners then I found this! I’m using the shampoo, conditioner and the masque and WOW!! My hair looks and feels healthier and softer!! A little pricey but well worth it.

It has a great smell, but it doesn’t lather as much as I would like it to.

this felt like a knockoff brand. not the real thing. the quality was poor and left my hair dry and dull. very different than the same brand my hairdresser used.

I loved this shampoo but after a while it started to leave a residue on my hair that had to be clarified to get out.
