I am a side sleeper and do a lot of tossing and turning due to my shoulders and neck being uncomfortable. I liked that this pillow has a shape that is particularly suitable for side sleepers, and was attracted by the fact it does not use toxic materials. VERY important for me. I tried a different brand of pillow last year, and the smell of chemicals was awful.... and you breathe it right in all night. It really started to giving me headaches and I had to give it up.This pillow arrived nicely packed. The pillow had no smell at all. Not even right out of the box. Such a relief.After having adjusted the amount of filling 2-3 times (the pillow comes overstuffed, which is really good as it makes sure anyone can find the right amount for them) I knew right away I had it just right. My head felt nicely supported, and my neck and shoulder became totally relaxed within seconds. I fall asleep and woke up feeling so good: it must been years since I had a totally uninterrupted night sleep!! My goodness, what a difference in my energy levels and mood this is making. I am getting a good night rest every night thanks to this pillow and it is making an incredible difference for my health.I totally recommend to try this pillow. And the folks who sell it are very nice people, they were very useful and friendly. It's a nice thing to see such good customer service. A+++

I decided to wait until my husband and I had had these pillows for over a month before writing a review to make sure it was as accurate as possible.Firstly, I must point out that my husband was adamant that these pillows were too expensive. But one month on and he will not be parted from his pillow, hates spending a night away for work and best of all his snoring has reduced!Whilst my husband has chosen to leave the pillow as it was, I have taken out a large proportion of the foam filling. The ability to adjust the pillows content means over the space of a few nights you can tweak it so it is just right. It took me a week but even before I found the perfect thickness for me - my sleep quality improved significantly.The pillows regulate temperature much better than our old ones and the slight curve stops us tossing and turning (which as I mentioned above has reduced my husband’s snoring). As a result we are waking up much more refreshed and my lower back pain has disappeared.The pillows did have a slight smell when in Italy opened but we followed the instructions and this went within 2 days at most. Massaging the foam also helped the pillows gain their correct shape and they soon filled a standard pillow case.I must also mention that the supporting customer service is second to none and refreshing change in today’s day and age.All in all, I would say don’t hesitate - if the pillow isn’t right for you (which I strongly doubt) the customer service team will step up so what do you have to loose?

I’ve been suffering with a bad back for a little while due to not being able to get my pillows right.I saw this one at a reasonable price so thought I’d give it a go.First impressions are that it looks and feels nice. Yes like some others have mentioned, the stitching isn’t ideal.I’ve put mine in a normal size pillow case and it fits perfectly.I see the description says that you can take out the insides to adjust it to your preference. My particular pillow didn’t seem to have any extra in it, so if I had wanted to take some out, it would be extremely flat. I don’t know if I have a defective pillow or what, but for me it’s fine as it is and I havnt had to adjust it.Time will tell how long it lasts, but it definitely stops me from tossing and turning all night and I like how comfortable it is.

Unfortunately this pillow is not fit for use. It's absolutely lumpy and parts have no filling while others are really high. You can take filling out but still it doesn't sort the problem. The filling is just not good at all. Would not recommend, don't buy

I had a C5/C6 disc replacement and spinal fusion at the end of last year. I spent a lot of money on various memory foam and orthopaedic pillows, none worked. My friend already had one of these and bought this to try as a Christmas present. It was amazingly comfortable and the curve design provided much needed support to my neck. 10 months on, my neck is completely healed but I've continued to use it, as it's comfier than any other pillow I've had. Every few weeks I take out the inner pillow to fluff it up again, sadly the outer cover zip burst while doing this (I was likely too rough with it). I contacted the company to buy a replacement cover, unfortunately they are currently out of stock. President of the company, Gina, could not have been more helpful, polite, and prompt in her responses. She agreed to send me a full replacement pillow at a significantly reduced price and will let me know when the covers are back in stock to send me. Her customer service has been beyond anything I would expect and I could not recommend this pillow and company enough. This is more expensive than some others of this type but all things considered, in my opinion, it is well worth the premium.
