Works, sounds, and looks great
Does everything it should, and does it well considering the very reasonable price. I have an old speaker missing its mate. It was too nice to throw away. This made it an active speaker, and I use it in my garage.

Works great! Sounds good!
SUPER loud and works perfect for my use. Not great bass, but that's ok for my use.

Constant 631 Hz shrill note, plus background static
Was using this to boost the sound for a midsize speaker that I have and ended up taking it out of the equation entirely because of background static and a shrill, high-pitched note that was played constantly. The noise and ringing persisted (1) even after switching out the power supply with a constant 12V source (deep cycle battery), and (2) even when there was no input at all. Once I took the amplifier out of the equation the sound was totally clear.. albeit, a bit softer : )This amplifier may be for subwoofers only?

Guitar/Bass/Instrument Power Amp
I tried this out as a guitar power amp, going from a preamp pedal, through a mixer, to the nobsound, and out to a 15” speaker cabinet. I took some decibel readings with a phone app, and this amp was able to push the speaker up to around 120 db peaks - pretty loud. Though, there was some distortion to maintain that volume. It was tricky because this amp has a lower input sensitivity than I’m used to for most instrument applications, so I had to really lower the output from the mixer (around -20 to -15 on the master meter). That said, it was pretty easy to get over 110 db of clean tone out of the 15”speaker. Compared to what’s available in the pro audio world, that makes this a pretty compelling product. That said, it takes a little basic know-how to get the levels and set-up right, and the unit is definitely not as sturdy as most instrument gear. But, pair with the $40 Joyo British Sound pedal, and you have an instant 100 watt Marshall-sounding head for under $100.to go louder, I’d suggest getting this product, but without the power supply, then getting the higher voltage power supply separately. This is will help provide some more headroom in case you want to crank things up. I was overall impressed, but returning this one to get a stereo version and better power supply.

Great way to save a blown amp without having to buy a new one.
A lightning strike blew my home theater system and both Yamaha powered amps. Fast forward several years and I picked up a Yamaha ATS1080-R soundbar for pretty cheap. It has internal subs and honestly sounds good for a sound bar, but not the same as a dedicated sub. It has a sub out RCA jack so I went shopping and found most of the subs available were way more than the sound bar, so I revisited my blown Yamaha amps. At first I thought I would rebuild the amp from the inside, but it's part of the sound profile, so the easiest thing to do was to add an external amp and this more than fit the bill. The sound profile is the same as before it was zapped, so nice and thumpy. Since I have another blown amp, I think I'll pick up another one to fix that one too.

Super powerful
Even more power if you supply your own 24 volt dc power source. 100 watt only if you supply 24 volts. Plenty of power. No bass or treble control and no rca inputs which I found to be a problem with compatability but bought the mini cables required.

You get what you pay for!
So I swapped this amp in to a setup that was working great, but I wanted a smaller amplifier to free up desk space. I can't use it. It hums badly all the time, while playing music or being "silent" at any volume level.

Cannot get 100W with included power supply, and audio coming from inside box.
#1) The 19v power supply that comes with this unit is not enough to get you the 100W advertised. You need a 24v power supply--but this can only be found in the documentation--after you've bought the product. I'd recommend you buy the model without the power supply (it's a few bucks cheaper) and then buy a 24v power supply yourself.#2) As I was setting this up, I plugged in a 3.5mm audio jack and started playing music. I had NOT YET attached speakers--but I could hear the audio coming from inside the box. There are no speakers inside this box...I don't know what's generating this muffled audio, but I'm not comfortable moving forward with this.I really wanted this to be awesome. I did. I don't know why it has to be so hard to find a good full-range mono amplifier.
