BOERICKE IN STURDY, RELIABLE, COMPACT FORM.
Already the owner of a large (very averagely bound) copy of Boericke's Materia Medica, I was looking for something more portable, far sturdier and resilient. This little treasure was the perfect solution being beautifully bound. Just one slight detail: having eyesight accomodation problems, I needed to purchase a lightweight page magnifier, as some of the print is very small indeed. However, I was overall, extremely happy to come by this via Amazon UK.

Standard go-to reference for working homeopaths
This has been my ( and many other's) go-to Materia Medica in the clinic for over 25 years. It is just the right size to carry everywhere and the Rx descriptions are succinct and with very useful Rx relationships. I prefer it to both Phataks MM which I find has less remedies, no repertory and is less comprehensive and also to Murphy's and Vermeulen's concordant, both the latter are larger though useful but `I find Boericke's easier/faster to use on a daily basis.it is a book that not only gets used as an Aide memoire and for checking/comparing remedies, but also for gleaning ideas.the repertory at the end is useful and hopefully this version also has the three ribbons for marking pages as that's a thing I use a lotIt has served me very well but have to replace mine now as it is falling at bits after 25 years use!

A Homoeopathic book for the serious students of homoeopathy
In my humble opinion serious students of homoeopathy should find the book titled "Homoeopathic Materia Medica with Repertory etc by Dr Robin Murphy extremely valuable.

Homeopathy - medicine for the 21st century
This handbook is a must for all serious students of homepathy. It is one of the most comprehensive guides to remedies and is very accessible, even for a lay person. Some of the language is quaint, but then the author was writing at the begining of the 20th century, and language and attitudes have moved on. This is presumably why a previous reviwer thought it amusing.Read, learn - and study homeopathy - you will never want to return to antibiotics again!
