Fun!
My grandson is in 4-yr-old kindergarten. I have basically turned my den into his classroom at home. I am careful not to reward behavior that is expected, but I do make homework fun. Joseph places a paw sticker on each block of each day he finishes his homework and we also talk a little about the days of the week. He's a homework lover by nature, and he really likes the "paw sticker method." The charts are small enough that he is not quite as intimidated by them as I think he would be by a larger piece of paper. They are "Joseph Sized." Just right! Lightweight. Lots of possibilities.
