Supla 16 Colors Silk Satin Fabric Ribbon - 2/5" Wide, 25 Yard/roll, 16 Rolls - Satin Ribbon for Bows, Crafts, Gifts, Wedding

There are 16 rolls of ribbon.. approximately all the same amount (I figured around 24 or so yards each color). They are rolled onto thin, styrofoam like spools with pencil sized holes through them so it you have a pencil sized rod to thread them onto, could unroll the ribbon like a pro. The ribbon itself is pretty thin... it's not super quality.. BUT the price is fair in my opinion. I use the ribbon to wrap around candy bars I bring onto the plane for the crew when I travel. So... it doesn't have to be super sturdy. The colors are bright and cheery. The first one I un-taped at the edge, unraveled.. so carefully remove the tape stoppers or you won't have any ribbon! :) All in all I am happy with the purchase - having said that, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful and I hope this info was helpful to you.UPDATE 9/2020 - my second purchase....NOTE: The ribbon is still rolled onto a Styrofoam core that has a hole in the center - about the circumference of a pencil ... It is really important - for ease of use- that you keep it on the Styrofoam core. If you accidentally have the ribbon fall off the core - it's a mess that you will end up rewinding. I'm thinking about getting a then dowel to thread the rolls onto. My husband is handy. Perhaps he could make me a wood frame to set the dowel on to roll it off of. Seems like a lot - but I like less frustration!

They do the job (making my Etsy packages prettier for my customers) and I enjoy the wide variety of colors that came with this ribbon pack. I wish they were all "ribbon" consistency - some feel very stiff and unpleasant. I'd say about half and half. They also unravel easily- cutting them on an angle helps a little bit.

Ok, Our rolls arrived on styrofoam cores. Not an issue, but the centers .. don't line up. More of a Pet Peeve so I am NOT docking any points for it.Value for the Money is spot on ... but ...Sturdiness and Quality. If you hold this in your hand, and hold similar ribbon from say ... a craft store. You will immediately notice the weave is looser. When cut it frays much easier, and went heated (to seal said frayed ends) it melts inconsistently and VERY quickly.Not a problem if you're using this to wrap gifts or some other purpose, but if you're using it for sewing projects, realize it is going to be weaker, and feel cheaper to the touch.Looser Weave results in cheaper feel, easier fraying, and what is likely to be slightly weaker ribbon.All that being said, You cant beat the price for the amount of ribbon you're getting, bright happy colors. You get what you pay for.
