Performance outstanding. i no. needs repair/ replacement.
I purchased 6 nos. Usha Crisp Air Premia BV 150mm Sweep Size, 8 Inch Duct Size Exhaust Fan (White) in May, 2022. Out of these one no. had very high noise from the beginning and had to be got removed and replaced by some other make similar fan. Remaining 5 nos. are working good and I don't have any problem. As the removed fan is still under warranty, I therefore request to please arrange repair/ replacement at your earliest. Thanking you.Neeta Israni.

Low quality product
Did not last for 2 years. Worst Quality of product. Please don't buy, you'll not find the repair of this filthy product too.

OK product with really bad service - buy if you need it for only 1 year
Bought the exhaust fan for a medium sized bathroom. Its suction power is fine but I did not find it to be long lasting. In less than 1 year it stopped working.The after-sales service is really bad for online orders. I have raised multiple complaints which were all directed to Prime Enterprises, Kukatpally, Hyderabad. The technicians say that they can't replace it because it was bought on Amazon, and that they can only replace the motor. Even for replacing the motor, apparently they need some approval from "head office". It has been more than two months since my first complaint. They keep closing it without resolution and the customer service keeps saying that they will take a new complaint with all the details for non-service. I am still waiting for resolution. Will update when it is done.Would not recommend the product due to bad after-sales service

Do not buy any product from Usha!!!
उषा का एग्जॉस्ट फैन पूरे एक साल तक नहीं चला। हफ्ते में भी यह ठीक होकर नहीं आया। उसके बाद भी वह आया और कहा कि कल ठीक कर दूंगा। उसके बाद उसने कहा कि इसे बदलना पड़ेगा, आप कंपनी में जाकर बदलवा सकते हैं

the size is too small
Product is good. Looks great ! But it's too small for the ducts which is 9 inch wide.

Does the job its intended to
This fan is good and does the job its intended to do. After I installed mosquito mesh in bathroom, there was no air circulation and the walls and tiles were turning black due to moisture/steam getting trapped. My window opening was small (6" X 6") and I couldnt find any fans in shops which can fit in that opening. Usha fan fit in the hole perfectly leaving no gaps for mosquitos to enter.Its a bit pricey though for the materials its made of, and need to check whether it works in the long run
