Good product
I uses this to connect a 2nd light outside of my property, very easy to install, good sealant & value. It's been 3 months un bad weather no issues so far :)

this had to be waterproof
this box was ideal for the job i had to do, it is strongly made, no messing about trying to tighten inside gland nuts, a selection of rubber inserts, could not have been more perfect

Well they look OK?
I previously bought cheaper versions of these, and spent Winter and Spring chasing faults round my external wiring. This version has been purchased to replace the previous cheaper models, which had all the correct electrical standards quoted, but clearly didn't actually meet them, something which is increasingly of concern when purchasing from Amazon.These appear much better quality, and have a range of different sized yellow cable collars which helps to ensure you use the correct collar for the size of cable, and hence a better chance of them really being weatherproof. They have been installed for approximately six weeks, and are holding up to the English "summer" so far (its rained a lot). However, so did the previous ones. The temperature variations through the autumn, winter and spring will be the challenging times as the cycling heat and cold cause the materials to expand and contract, and can start to leak. Only when they have been through this will I know if they are truly weather proof.

Perfect for outdoor use and plenty of room to work inside.Ideal for splitting to two ways.Feels a very solid build IMHO and secures with screws to ensure a watertight seal permanently.

Waterproof YS Junction box
Great product, but be careful with the rubber gasket. Split that and it won’t be waterproof.Very easy to install. Should last a long time

Some weatherproof blanking plates would be useful. I had to stop work due to rain with only one port wired.

It might be on more expensive side but I bought cheaper too and there is no comparison.
