Most likely won't fit
This thing works as advertised, but if you are trying to put it in the box of your surface mount Doorbird 201, it isn't going to fit without modification. Those Germans were told that the box was XYZ size and they made this thing to exactly that size. Unfortunately, you have got to plug in an ethernet cable and 2 wire and that keeps you from getting it in the box. You can void the warranty by removing the screw in the side and sliding the guts out of the casing and then it will fit. I used electrical tape to cover up the guts on mine and was able to *just* get in in the side of the box. It would have been nice to not have to void the warranty to use the product.
