Height not a problem. Got it for our 3 yr. old. She is. 4 1/2 now and it still fits .

I bought it for my son. He is 41 inches tall. 40lbs. It fit very well. And look like 1 size bigger. I think he still can wear 1 more year. He like it so much.

Q: The headline says 7 pieces but the packaging says 8. Your listing does not include the thermometer. Is this a typo?

It's been a year ago and I simply do not remember. We didn't look for it. Watching my great-niece play with it I do not remember seeing her use it though. Yet, it was a huge hit as it is cute.
