54'' Wide Blackout Drapery Lining Color White Fabric By the Yard

Works well to block light! Having some trouble finding something to hang these with (the glue on industrial Velcro will not hold these for more than 10 days at a time). Be aware these might be marked - mine had a 4 foot black line/mark - looked like ink from a machine - running the length of the fabric. Didn't matter to me because I hung them behind another shade, but it would ruin the look if you weren't planning on layering the curtains.

I purchased 10 yards of this black out fabric and am very happy with it. It did have a chemical smell when it arrived, but I just draped it over a railing in the house and the smell dissipated by the next day. I have already finished one set of curtains with this fabric and can say that it looks and works great! Would definitely buy again if I hadn't already bought 10 yards!

I purchased three yards of this material for the baby's room to block out light during daytime naps. The material is great for blackout shades and is thick. It also drapes well.A day after hanging it, there was a strong chemical smell in the room coming from the drapes. It seems to become stronger when exposed to the sun and heat. I took them down and "aired" the material out for a day outside. I re-hung them but unfortunately, the odor persists.I don't want my baby exposed to whatever is off-gassing from this material so I had to get rid of it all together.

I love these! Exactly what it says it does. My room gets so hot and is so bright. For now I pinned these on the wall, later I will sew them on the back of my curtains, and it's completely dark in the middle of the day.

The material was exactly as described. I bought more than one yard and it came in a continuous sheet which was perfect. I used the material to line my sons curtains to block out the light and they do completely block the light from coming in so he sleeps better and longer!

This material is NOT forgiving if you use tacks with it - like tacking it up around a window sill, then simply untack a few to open the window if desired. Would be nice if there was some 'forgiveness' in the fabric. Might need to run a line of duct tape over those spots. ;)Aside from that, definitely does it's job well!

Hi, I bought yards of this black out fabric to drape over low bookcases filled with cotton fabric in my quilting studio. It drapes well and protects my stash from dust and fading.
