Barry Callebaut 70102 Semi Sweet Dark Chocolate Chunks from OliveNation - 3 pounds

Used in my favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe. Chips melt in well but aren’t runny. Flavor is rich, consistent without being too dark or too milky. These chips are scrumptious whether warm or room temp. Definitely worth every penny! Will be buying again.

These chips have a good flavor, but they are too, too sweet. They are described as dark chocolate. The label on the bag says dark chocolate, as well. They are definitely not dark chocolate. Dark chocolate is not this sweet.Value for the money? No. I didn't get what I thought I was ordering. Will they melt in baking? I don't know. I haven't cooked with them. Size is acceptable; appearance is fine.But if you are looking for a true dark chocolate, this product isn't it.

These chocolate chunks are the Bomb!!!!!! They make the best chocolate chip cookies and I’ve even added them to brownies. I referred this brand to my adult daughter. She enjoys them as well. Thank you for a great product. I will never go back to regular chocolate chips again. ❤️

I use this product predominantly to make homemade peanut butter cups. This is a quality chocolate product that I melt with coconut oil to get a butter smooth consistency of chocolate layer. Quality on quality on quality!

I made a ganache icing and it came out perfect. I also added some Jamaican raw chocolate (cocoa). Better than any icing that I have ever tasted.
