Used it on my raft seat. Great replacement for the old well used swivel. A bit stiff but I find that preferable in whitewater use.

Installed these on my Dock-Rite Economy boat seats. The slotted holes barely fit the seats, but I managed to make them fit without grinding bigger slots, however it was a very tight fit. They seem hard to turn by hand before installing them, but work perfectly when installed in the boat. The amount of force to turn them is just right when you are sitting on the seat. I only gave it a 4-star because they are a bit pricey compared to the steel ones.

Thought it would be great because it was ss and I use it in salt water! Fishing the mouth of the Columbia River is a real washing machine with all the boat wakes. The constant squeaking this does will drive you boinkers! Going back to one that has real steel ball bearings and will live with the rust problem?
