Good Quality parts

Pop off diagram is little to small. It will fit but you have to stretch it a little, but this will cause the valve seat pop off to leak do to it being pressed by the center. I advise using the old if its OEM. Using the rest I like the fact that it comes with multiple springs I did have the wrong springs from previous owner. Used the wider ones and they pop off at 27psi and drop back to 16psi etc....

Hello,This part is supposed to be for a mikuni BN-40I-38 carburetor which comes with an 80-gram spring. You send 4 springs in which none are even close to the tension needed, which makes this carburetor rebuild kit useless.

Well, I thought that everything was coming together nicely until I pressure tested the carb after rebuild. The carb wouldn’t hold pressure. After a significant amount of time trying to figure out what was wrong I discovered that one of the formed o-ring gaskets was deformed and inconsistent in thickness, which made it impossible to seal. Luckily I had ordered (2) kits for my (2) PWCs, and the formed o-ring gasket in the other kit actually worked as intended. Now I put a significant amount of time and I still have to get another rebuild kit for my other PWC. The price looked good, but in the end it cost me just as much as an official Mikuni rebuild kit.
