Good quality Batteries & Charger
These are good quality and if you look after them then they will last for quite a few years. The problem is that most people don't take care of their tools properly. Very often I see people throwing them around and 'forcing' the tools putting too much pressure on them rather than just letting them do the work.

Seems good but not used enough to fully test.
I purchased these to use with the Dewalt XR chainsaw. Seems to do the job well and also fits all the other DeWalt XR tools I have.

Slight hic up in the delivery… but product supplier/ customer service was brilliant and the items I received were perfect and what I paid for would recommend

Much better than the after market copies
You certainly notice the difference when you connect these genuine batteries to an sds drill, as compared to the after market copies. The power available and longer run time is very noticeable
