Easy swap but make sure it’s the right connector. Is was a 4 pin / 4 pin. I had to return another because it was a 2 pin / 4 pin.

I bought 3 of these dimmers along with a lot of lighting for a large deck. They look awesome and I feel a dimmer is must to create the right look. Anyways one of the dimmers did stop working, a couple emails later an new one shows up at my door. Very good service and they stand behind their products. Thanks!!

The 12V photo cell works well. There were no instructions and it would be nice if the photo cell came with a set of open wire connectors for each end.

Super easy to install and connect, works excellent with my outdoor step lighting. Love the dimming on and off, and the range of brightness control and the multiple timers that you can set on the app. Excellent product and great app!

Installed the deck lights and followed instructions to attached dimmer (app and all). Deck lights work great but as soon as this dimmer was installed the deck lights went out. It also wasn't able to connect to my wifi...ever.Tried multiple times (set and reset) and ended up bringing in an electrician. No luck there either.Horrible product and complete waste of time and money. Now what?

The media could not be loaded. This is an excellent dimmer, but I did have a couple of issues. First, the instructions included for operation and programming of the remote were for an older version and were incorrect. However, an email to their customer support got a prompt response, and excellent customer service from Bianca. The second issue was that the remotes, being not programmable, control both dimmers I purchased. Through the customer service system, again with Bianca, we discovered that the new model of dimmer does not have a programmable remote, and hence both remotes control both dimmers. Seven Colors Lighting offered to take the dimmer back for a full refund, but I decided to keep it as a spare in case I ever need it.During the customer service process, the company made a video demonstrating the operation of the remote, which I have attached so everyone can see it and know how it works. It's simple, but the instructions can be confusing.I highly recommend this product to anyone purchasing the lights that it works with, but do not buy two hoping that you can have independently controlled light strings. I tried separating the dimmers by 25 feet, and was still unable to control them independently.

We have made several purchases from 7 Colors Lighting and couldn't be happier. Our backyard patio lights and front walkway lights are beautiful. We had an issue with the controller for the patio and more recently with the remote for the walkway. Bianca at customer service was SO helpful. She replaced the controller and sent a new one, WIFI, for the walkway. The WIFI controller is awesome. We were able to set our sequence, color and now set a timer for turning the lights on and off. We were so impressed that we ordered another WIFI controller or the patio. Such excellent customer service is hard to come by these days. Many thanks to Bianca for all of her help!!!

This product works just as described. It tends to be on the sensitive side, meaning it comes on while its not completely dark. The photocell is flat which is my complaint. If you want to mount it beind something so that the whole piece isn't visible, it will not sense enough light to keep the lights off. Other photocells, the piece is protruded from the rest of the unit so that you could mount behind wood and drill a hole for the photocell to stick out.
