A lifesaver when eating out.
This stuff works great on those occasions where you would have bad GI and joint symptoms from accidental gluten. It is not designed to let you eat gluten at will if you have issues with it.It is best to take it right as you are eating the food that you are unsure about. It has protected me from horrible symptoms. I know that it is not scientifically proven, but I know the difference with and without it. It saves you from uninformed waiters and cooks.

Love having this as a tool in the kit.
I don't always eat cake, but when I do, I take Gluten Rid with Tolerase G.In all seriousness, I feel terrible when I eat bread, pasta, birthday cake, pizza, burgers...anything with wheat.I do not have celiac disease and don't recommend this as a cheat supplement for anyone who does.I have _added_ this digestive enzyme to the DPP IV in Gluten Guardian and have found additional benefit from taking the combo. With the combo I basically feel the effects of eating tons of sugar/carbs that I'm not accustomed to but not the typical pain and suffering of an unsupported meal.To be clear, I have not taken this supplement alone, nor to I intend to. I'm not saying I have no confidence in it solo, just that it isn't worth the downside of finding out. I do like that the combo of products is more effective than just the gluten guardian alone...which is itself a remarkable product solo.

Forget all the rest! These work the best!
I have tried other brands for gluten digestion. None of the others out there can compare. I have been buying most of my supplements from Swanson for the last 20 years. For a long time after I would consume breads or anything containing gluten within a few days I would develop severe dry hands & cracked knuckles. After taking this product my hands are no longer dry & cracked. I do try to avoid eating too much gluten now but when I do I take one before the meal. The Tolerase G ingredient is the key! Try these. I think you will make the switch!

I ordered this product on the advice of a friend. I had suspected I had some gluten intolerances. I started taking these before eating anything with gluten in it and had no further GI distress. Will definately be purchasing again.

Seems to work very well.
As someone very sensitive to gluten (a few crumbs will give me symptoms), I am very pleased with this product. While I never intentionally ate gluten, I used it many times while eating out in case of cross contamination. I never had any reaction to either the pill or to gluten when taking it. It enabled me to eat out with (slightly) less anxiety about having a gluten reaction.

The Best Gluten Digester.
I love this product. I take it when I eat out at a restaurant to make sure I'm OK if I get cross-contamination. I take it if I feel I've gotten "glutened" by mistake and it works very well. The unique ingredient (Tolerase G) works better than other Gluten digesters I've tried. I'm on my second bottle. Will buy again.
