My sons operate a garage and always get their Garage Forms preprintedfrom a special company. The State always changes their MV# every twoyears. Since that time was coming upon them in a few months, they werenot sure they would have enough of their preprinted forms to get them through.The printer company would not print less forms because of the dollar amount andthe setting up of their equipment. I ordered these forms in the event they ran out ofthe forms they have used for years. I got labels 1" x 3" and will use the computer toprint the information that is needed at the top, until we are given the new MV# from theState to have more forms printed for the business. This Emergency Form should workfine until then.

It was the right repair orders but most of them was coming apart. I had to staple them together and I didn't like that. But I can still use them. They was shipped out in a timely matter and the price was great. But again, I didn't like having to staple them back together.

Opened one pack and had to throw away 5 of the forms because of incomplete printing. The printed blue topsheet of the rest of the pack is very light. Poorly printed; poor quality control.

Battery capacity degraded quickly.Not impressed after 2 weeks. Back to Duracell brand rechargeable.
