They say they are wax-coated, but I could not discern any wax. If it is there, it must be incredibly thin. The biggest problem with these cups is that the bottoms fall out after a couple uses. If you only want to use them once, then this is a good deal, but if you hope to use them more than once, then stick to Silo cups.

Dart Solo Bare Eco-Forward 3 oz. Wax Treated White Paper Cold Cup - 100/Pack are cups, but are not wax treated. Cold tap water completely seeped out in less than 35 minutes. Don't rely on these for long.

Good size cup
Said it was wax treated but the liquids came thru the bottom of the cup. Wasn't study enough for my needs.

Some of them started leaking within minutes. Ok in general. Update 2/13/22: As I use more of these cups, they start leaking mouthwash before I can finish brushing my teeth. I didn't have this problem with these same cups given to me by someone else.
