I ordered it for the 2nd time since the 1st time was really good. Half teaspoon and you are instantly relaxed form a noisy mind and strained nervous system. It also deepens your breathing for a while so you can relax. But the 2nd time the potency was very low, as if it was diluted.

It makes me calm but next day it makes me more anxious and restlessness.Not recommended to buy

Results are great as in it prevents feeling soreness so that you can lift more and makes you feel more recovery from your last day workout.There is a research on GABA published on Pubmed, read it for better understanding of this powder.I have to admit that Glutamine and BCAAs are waste of money when it comes to GABA, it is even very cheap than other.Dosage: start with 500mg to 1g.
