I have been using this brand for a long time. It is gentle on my maltese skin and smell so clean. Lathers well.

Very safe and wonderful ingredients. Love this brand. I will say this particular shampoo is very strong smelling and I also felt bad for how strong it was because I’m sure it’s 100x more powerful to my dog’s nose than mine. So fragrance is definitely too strong with this one but that being said it lathers really well and definitely got a deep awesome clean. She also feels really smooth and nice. My pitbull has itchy skin especially in the summer from a grass allergy and she has white fur with hot pink skin half the time and she’s white as can be right now, like she should be!Happy with it. That being said I will probably just order the unscented from now on after this bottle is out

So, I can't say it fixed winter-dry skin for our Great Dane, but I can say she smells better than any dog ever did in the history of dogs. Usually, I hate the smell of a fresh washed dog -- something about wet dog plus a fragrance is just too much. But this is the exception. It's not overpowering, it's just clean and nice.

I rescued a dog two weeks ago, and after tons of research, purchased this product (cedar) for her first bath. I had to wait 14 days because she'd been spayed, so she was pretty stinky. It lathered well and left her coat very soft, but that evening I noticed flakes in her entire coat, and she was super itchy. She is constantly scratching at her collar area (there are no fleas), but she was scratching her entire body the day of her bath. It's been 3 days since her bath and the flakes seem to have subsided, but she is still scratching at her collar area. I will add a fish oil supplement to help the situation and will not rely on a shampoo.

My pup is an itchy girl and I wanted a shampoo that would be soothing and free of chemicals and strong fragrances. I chose the lemon grass version. I took this to her groomer along with a fragrance free conditioner to her last grooming session and she came home smelling like a clean dog with no strong “perfumed” odor, just a very light clean smell. I highly recommend this shampoo for your itchy dog.
