It has a guage. I use my 120 psi compressor and it has plenty

Q: Can you add air to the fire extiguisher with a battery portable air compressor?

I’ve done it myself with an Air Hawk battery pump. It’s definitely not the same as a “real” compressor, but it did work. Just make sure you leave room for the air😂. Fill with water only to the bottom of plastic insert.
