Good but very expensive
Expensive but works. Xerox tends to make their equipment difficult to get low cost supplies for. I basically sold this fax machine after a few months because the toner was so expensive. It shouldn't be this expensive.

great life, but when it runs out, it stops cold and won't print, so no shaking like Canon or HP cartridges to get an extra week of life out of it; great product but must have your back up on hand

I have received the item was opened (used) and I returned immediately and yet not received my refund amount credited. Is Customer service working? Returned more than 10 days
