I like how well this product is designed and how easy it is to use. It really is exactly as they describe it. Customer support responded immediately to my first email for help and solved my problem right away. Great company!

At first I was worried that I got a lemon or I broke it before having a chance to try it out as it seemed liked it didn't work at all. I tried a variety of strapping but nothing seemed to work. I carefully followed the instructions and later discovered that's where I went wrong.There's a step in the instructions that say to press the lever and then release hand. Only slightly confusing to say the least. What you need to do is press the lever all the way down and hold it firmly while it seals. After it's finished sealing you can release the lever but don't squeeze the handle grip that releases the strapping until the flashing light stops flashing.After trying both PP and PET strapping I find that the PET strapping works best. I use a 1/2" PET strap that is 0.025" thick.

Works great. What can you say

Unit worked out of box and then quit cutting excess strapping. There was an adjustment internally, but when adjusted, the unit only worked for three or fours times before needing adjusting again.

We use for bailing bails of clothes. Works great.

The strapping machine does what it says it will do and performs as advertised. We have had it for a few weeks and it seems to be working just fine. Time will tell but it looks like a winner.

We made the mistake of buying one of these. It’s totally unreliable. It was supposed to be a time saver but no one in the shop wants to even try with it anymore. As soon as they get enough bad reviews the name or color changes and they start over.

Works great for banding cardboard nails.
