Everybody loves the Margaritaville! It arrives ready to go with easy to understand instructions for quick assembly. It is a blast to use for mixing adult beverages, turning out shaved ice for the kids, creating your own blend of smoothie, or pretty much making whatever type of drink you can think of! All with tiny shaved ice crystals like the kind you get in restaurants. This thing is brilliant!When the Margaritaville arrived, I invited a few friends over for drinks. Normally, we play poker or rock out on the Rock Band video game while chugging imported beer, but this night was different. Everybody took a seat around the kitchen table and watched in amazement as The Margaritaville went to work. The Margaritaville is fun to use AND fun to watch!We spent the evening making different kinds of drinks, telling stories, and just plain old hanging around and having a good time with glasses of cold sweetness in our hands. It was beautiful.When friends invite us over to their house, they ask if we can bring The Margaritaville with us. Of course we can! This thing is awesome! I didn't order the carry bag because this thing sits easily on the floor of the backseat of our car, but the carrying case would make it easier to port. Trust me, when people know you have one of these, they will ask you to bring it with you wherever you go. Even my team mates at work demand it. Everybody loves the Margaritaville!In a few easy minutes, you can impress your guests by mixing alcohol, frozen fruit, strawberry daiquiri mix, rum, and triple sec in the blender. Fill it a little more than half full, but no more than that or it will spurt out of the top. Then, grab the ice container from the freezer and scoop out enough ice to almost fill up the upper ice holder. Attach the lid, push the button and VOILA! The Margaritaville does the rest.There are so many recipes on the internet for margarita's, daiquiris, cocktails, and all other sorts of delicious beverages. We love to try a new recipe every month. But you know what? It seems like no matter what we put into this thing, it comes out a magical new favorite. Delightful! Refreshing! Easy.Those little ice crystals make any drink taste better. How? I don't know, but that's how it is. The Margaritaville is a wonderful product. It's sturdy, it is very easy to use, and every time you set your eyes on it, you can't help but tell yourself, "Hey, it's gotta be 5 o'clock somewhere!"VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Everybody loves the Margaritaville.

Am I a bartender? No. Do people now refer to me as barkeep? Yes. Whether you're throwing a party or you just want to relax with a refreshing mixed margarita, this product is for you. It has 450 watts dual motor that shaves ice for the perfect consistency of any mixed drink. The container can make 36 oz., but if you accidently get too much tequila in, don't worry. It can carry a little bit more. It measures approximately 14-2/5 by 8-2/7 by 18 inches. The machine itself is very intuitive and comes with easy to understand instructions and recipes. The shot glass makes it very easy to control portions for that perfect mix. I've used it many times and not a single component has even slowed. So it is very sturdy and should last a very long time. The thing I love most about this is it can be used for anything. You can easily google any mixed drink recipe and tweak it very little to work. My roommate is particularly fond of strawberry daiquiris. There are two settings for the shaved ice mix. I suggest you play around with mix settings and recipes to get that perfect drink to your tastes. I was even able to make smoothies for the kids. It's so easy to use this machine for whatever you want it to be. The cleanup is very simple and it's dishwasher safe. In fact if you simply rinse it after each use it looks new again. I gave this five stars for the following reasons. First, it works exactly as the manufacturer advertised, which is the most important aspect. Second, it is very easy to use. The machine itself makes sense and the instructions are very easy to follow. Third, it produces a consistent product. It will give you exact same results every time. Fourth, the high grade materials make it durable and easy to clean. Fifth, it has an aesthetically pleasing design. It is has a sleek and elegant design that looks nice in a kitchen. The only fault I've been able to find is that the power cord is a little short so it will need to be placed close to a power socket. This isn't much of a problem as most kitchens have multiple wall sockets. Also it has a convenient storage area for the cord so you can store it wherever it looks best in your kitchen or bar area. If you get this product and I highly recommend you do I hope you have as much fun as I have had. It is certainly a higher value product than the actual price.

The product gets 5 stars easily. The seller should honor their listing and not have the misleading information in their ad. In their description in the ad there is a line that says,"What's in the Box?Margaritaville DM0600 Bahamas Frozen Concoction Maker, 36-ounce plastic blending jar, No-Brainer mixer, user manual"I copied that directly from their ad. And just above that description of what comes with it are pictures of the 36-ounce plastic blending jar; a close-up of the power button, activation button and toggle switch for manual shave and blend; and the no-brainer mixer.Their ad shows both a picture and lists the No-brainer mixing/measuring cup as part of the contents of this product. It does not come with the No-brainer mixing/measuring cup. I emailed the seller and their email states that the model they carry does not include the No-brainer mixer even though their ad says it does. They gave me the option to return the product, but would not honor their listing.The product itself works great, is easy to use and makes great margaritas and other frozen drinks. Much better than a blender by itself. The ice is very consistent throughout the drink and all ingredients are evenly mixed. I highly recommend for anyone who enjoys frozen drinks of any kind. Well built and designed machine. Easily comes apart for simple cleaning.
