S&A Genuine CW-5000DG Industrial Water Chiller 7L Capacity Cooling Water for 40-100W CO2 Engraving Cutting Machine

i'm using to cool a 65W CO2 laser. Pump is so quiet I didn't think it was running. Chilling is quick and reasonable in noise level; not annoying. it's quiet compared to my exhaust blower and compressor.Setup programming is clunky and takes patience. follow the direction verbatim and you'll get it setup in the advanced mode. glad it only takes one setup.i added a base with caster wheels to allow easy movement within the shop.

This chiller has worked great. It’s the 50000 and set to a constant temp. It hooked to the Omtech 80W laser. Definitely would recomend

This is the name brand S&A CW-5000 active chiller. It was shipped the same day I ordered it and arrived in 3 days. The cost on Amazon was $150 less than I could find anywhere else.I use this chiller to cool my Boss LS-1620 65 watt laser and it does a great job. I have not had any problems at all with this unit. I just added distilled water, hooked the water tubes up to the laser and turned it on.

8 weeks before it arrive and it was dinged up

So far this works great! I wished it wasn’t so expensive though.

Keeps water temperature in 60w laser tube at 18-20c with all day cutting.

We have a very powerful Jewelry laser welder which had it's own cooling system, but, when we run it for 8 hrs non stop, the machine began to loose power and damage the Laser tube. We added the cooling system directly on the machine and disconnected the built in cooler. Now , it runs all day with no issues.
