Our friend gave us a Epson WF-2750 2 years ago. We stored it up and didn't think about it. Oldest daughter is entering high school now, so she needs her own printer. The 2750 wouldn't print a thing. Just a few lines of blue and red. That's it. All of the cartridges dried up. So I ordered this kit plus some non-oem print cartridges. I was already using 98% alcohol on the print head along with a paper towel soaked in Windex on the printer head, and that was removing tons of stuff. I followed the directions (watch some youtube vids to help understand), injected the liquid using the tube and syringe, and OMG the amount of ink that still came out onto the paper towel was amazing. Did this 4-5 time until I wasn't getting much ink out. Put the cartridges in, did 3 print head cleanings and this thing prints like it was new again! Do I recommend it? Oh yes, without a doubt.

I've fixed 2 printers with clogged printheads that were not printing at all. One was all 3 color heads barely printing. Had to run fluid through twice on some of colors, but all worked great afterwards. Other printer had black printing nothing with new cartridge. One syringe was enough to fix it up!Is a bit messy. Be sure to put a towel under print carriage. I used blue shop towel from Wal-Mart and had no problems. Sill have enough fluid left for 1-3 more uncloggings.

Easy to use, but set aside some time. Note that this does not work for heavy clogs. If you try to force it, then it will likely break the seal above the print nozzle and spray everywhere. Possibly with ink.

Before I begin, the instructions say that it doesn't always work. I should have taken that warning seriously. I followed the instructions, and I still had distorted printing (Cyan wasn't printing correctly - lines and bad mixing). I went through the next steps, and finally, nothing would print. I let it sit for a few days, and tried again. Still no luck. I ordered and replaced the print head and all the ink cartridges, and still nothing would print. After investing over a hundred bucks, I went from having a poor printer to having one that wouldn't do anything but take up space and I had to buy a new printer. If you want to try this product, go into it with your eyes open - you may end up without a working printer!

This stuff is excellent. I just used it to clean my Epson WF-2860 and it performed very well on it. It has no smell. For the size/amount you get it's a great price for an all-natural product. I have attached both before and after printouts for comparison.Do not expect this to clean:Complete clogged nozzles or long period inactive printheads. The badly clogged printhead may need to be placed. To clarify, it's not because the product is bad or ineffective. It's because 100% natural products just really can't handle messes like that. Don't expect them to. Stick to bleach, comet, or any other chemical and corrosive cleaner for those extra tough jobs.Do expect this to clean:Normal blocked printhead and cleaning without irritating your eyes and sinuses and forcing you to open your windows to air out the horrible smells. The best way to use it was to inject the cleaning fluid to the clogged nozzles using the syringe and tubing. The cleaning liquid level is not higher than 3mm when soaking. Basically, just make sure you don't use so much of it that have the circuit complete dried.All-around the best natural cleaning product there is.

The kit works, because the ink is water soluble. You think you are buying some special solvent but it is simply distilled(?) water. Once you clean the lines and the jets, you need to get ink to flow again. Printers originally come with an internal instruction to load up the lines when you turn it on but you cannot replicate this after cleaning the lines out. To do this you need to use the syringe to suck up some ink and then squirt it through the correct line. Good luck getting all of the ink out for the next color. The answer to this problem is using four syringes which the kit does not come with. Medical type syringes don't work well for this. Oh, the gloves are a joke.

Definitely not what I expected. Deeply REGRET buying it ! It was super messy and didn’t help at all! I followed the instructions to the letter too. In fact, I ended up scraping the whole printer afterwards. So I’m actually out well over $200 now and left without a printer. To top it off, I have a sublimation conversion kit & software, sublimation ink and sublimation paper that were purchased that I can no longer use, and they weren’t cheap!

It works! I have an Epson XP-434. Due to everything going on, I can’t get to anywhere to print and I needed an important document printed. My printer is out of warranty, so Epson wanted me to pay to have it sent somewhere to fix. Once I determined it was most likely a clogged printer head, I bought this kit and was able to fix it myself. The instructions are fairly simple (admittedly I looked at a YouTube before buying, so I had an idea of how to do it when it came). My document is printed and I have my printer back at a crucial time.I was confused that the blotting paper seemed to be a plastic glove? But it worked!

I did not have high expectations when I bought the kit. I went from a blank page when printing the nozzle check on my Epson, then after the cleaning, the nozzle check printed almost perfectly. I am a very happy tech guy. My wife is not a techie, and I am convinced that she can use the kit next time her printer needs cleaning without guidance. Simple to use, works well and it was a great price. You can't complain about that.

Pretty straight forward. All in all back up in a day if you follow instructions!

Picture clearly shows a 10ml syringe but received a 5ml syringe! I chose this product because of the supposedly larger (10ml) syringe compare to other sellers, so that's disappointing. Otherwise, everything else is as per the picture.The product didn't work easily! I started with a completely blank print head. The first 4 tries didn't work, barely bringing back 20% of the nozzles. It ended up working after the 5th try. Really had to let the solution sit for 1+ hour as per the instructions. Used more than half of the solution to resolve my problem. People in Youtube videos seem to have it much easier. Is this the best solution out there? Next time I'll try a different one.

My printer wasn’t printing colours. I followed the instructions, did a couple print head cleans and it works like a charm.Also great price.
