My shop calls it "The Imbalancer"
This wheel balance machine is total garbage. I'd give it zero stars if possible. As an active technician in the field having used the Hunter RoadForce series wheel balancers, I can tell you right now, save your money up for a proper balance machine. On a properly functioning wheel balancer, you can stick the weights called for on the inside and outside lips of the wheel and usually get a balanced wheel after that process. This is not the case with this wheel balancer which is an utter piece of flaming garbage. This wheel balancer requires weights to be placed on the outside lip first, you MUST zero the outside if you want to zero out the wheel completely (i.e. balance it.) And it's so much hit and miss on truck tires and anything over 18 inches in diameter usually that I usually want to Office Space the damned thing or throw it into the rented bays below the main shop level.Save your money, don't buy this junk and get a real/proper balance machine from Hunter (even though they are pricey they are worth every penny.)For all you reading this review please know I am not a representative of Hunter. I'm a frustrated technician that hates spending 2 hours balancing 4 truck tires on this pathetic excuse for a wheel balancer.

I would not recommend this balancer to anyone and the warranty will allow ...
mine came dead on arrival, it had wire that was not fully plugged in I finally found it on the motherboard, then It lasted until winter and condensation destroyed the mother board I sealed it and keep a light bulb on it after obtaining a new mother board ,,, I would not recommend this balancer to anyone and the warranty will allow you to argue with the company for a year,, spent a lot of money for pretty much junk and it is extremely hard to use the warranty is a joke and you will need it I think the machine is Chinese revenge

direction suck, all else good
I think people have issues with this balancer is because they read the directions.. which are translated.... poorly. My advice, through them in the trash and watch a couple you tube videos. after this I didn't have any issue balancing tires.

Don't buy this! 100% junk!
Critical parts are made from brittle plastic and dealer does not have them. I have beed doing tire work 40 years, this machine simply does not produce a reliable job. After initial spin you place the weight and then it takes several more spins and you wind up with weights all over the wheels (chasing the dogs tail). Unacceptable for customers. This is a product of communist china and it is a total fraud! I got ripped off and don't want anyone else buying thisPOS.

Do not buy this machine there is no warranty useable by the purchaser
Bought this machine 14 mths ago. Has worked intermittently since day 1. Have had several conversation with the servicing dealer who tells Me the machine is fine. I have been spinning wheels for 40 yrs, My tech for 30 yrs. It is almost unusable to us We cannot depend on it. We are a small volume tire shop and thought Hey! We don't do a lot of tires son why buy a more expensive machine? An expensive lesson learned. BEWARE

Had to write a review, bought this from advance auto, broke after a few months. The mother board crapped out. The warranty is a joke, they pretty much wont help you unless you pay them to send a tech out to you. Crap machine. Crap service. Steer clear of Greg Smith equipment in DE
