I absolutely LOVE this harness. It literally fits like a glove on my 15 month old Great Dane, Emmylou 😍. I have so much more control over here with this harness since it fits so well. Great Purchase... Made very sturdy and she's a VERY HEAVY chewer and she cannot reach any vital areas of this harness to chew on it. I personally don't think you can go wrong with this purchase.

Day 1 so far so good.I ordered a medium at first but it was too long on her body so went with a small.She’s about 38lbs.Ordered the small and it fits nicely.Seems durable. My Stella is a puller so I wanted to go with something heavy duty. It looks great. I have high hopes

Looks great, nicely padded, reasonable price, seems well made. I have only tried the back d ring due to the other reviews but still a game changer for walking our Meatball here.Fit could be improved but not bad. Our dog measures in the middle of the Large size range but I have the shoulder straps extended all the way and belly strap tightened all the way to make it sit right so I think allowing for longer straps on the shoulders and more tightening on the belly would be nice but it works for us as is.Please make this in other colors, especially pink! I’m so torn because I want this exact one for my female dog but pink is so cute on her.

Solid construction, fully adjustable, fit my goldendoodle and instantly stopped her from pulling. I liked it so well I bought an 2nd one in an xl size for my golden retriever.

The media could not be loaded. I loved the harness when it arrived. Fit the dog great and there was no way the dog could get out of it. The fabric and stitching has stood up to months of abuse. There are two problems both related to the front clamps.(1) - The front clamps can look connected but they are not. One day I got out the door and there went the dog. After playing with the harness I realized it can look latched but in fact is not. See video. Now I always double jerk on the connector and lift the entire dog up with the harness because that is the only way to be certain the front clamps are secure.(2) - The front clamp can be disconnected by accident. The two dogs were rough housing and apparently the one dog either bit the latch or hit it with it's paw. The connector unlocked and only because I was standing right next to them was I able to jump on the once harnessed dog and hold it down before it ran away. I had to wait for rescue to hold the other dog before the harness could be reset on the unharnessed dog.The front clamps need some kind of positive locking mechanism that only a human can loosen. Maybe a protective area around the release mechanism that requires an intentional action to activate. Something that cannot be activated by a tooth bite or a paw swipe. The underbelly clamps are like that. I do not think they could ever be accidentally loosened.I love the harness but those front clamps are causing me a lot of grief.

This harness is awesome! From the material to the fit and ease of using their buckles. It's got a great look going on for my yorkie. The handle on top makes a quick lift to the car a snap. Also the rear leash clip is good to prevent him from chewing on the leash when I sit down and he gets impatient. I had to get a xsmall for my xlarge yorkie (that was a bit of an eye opener) that fits him like a coat. Looks good on him. My girlfriend especially loves it. She can't stop raving about how good it looks and gives a bit of protection. She just won't stop saying how much she likes it!

My dogs go on their walks much better with this harness on, amazing quality, not hard to put on plus it’s easier on yourself as well

Coyote attacks are becoming bolder and more common where I live. They come in from East County to kill our cats and small dogs. Tho most of the time we only see 1 at a time, it's common for them to hunt in pairs. 1 draws the attention of the prey by acting like it wants to play and the 2nd lies in ambush. The ambush coyote attacks from the rear biting the legs of the prey so the prey will roll over on its back. 1 coyote will crush the throat and the other tears out the victims stomach. Coyotes have stalked and injured small children, Rottweilers, adult German Shepherds and other large dogs. You can watch videos of them trying to lure large dogs on YouTube. You'll be surprised at how bold and clever they are. Had I not spotted a coyote in ambush and yelled a warning to my dog in time, my dog would've ran off to "play" with the luring coyote in heavy brush in a canyon. I would not have been able to reach my dog in time to save her in so much brush and at such a distance away. Immediately after that incident I began putting a 2" spiked collar along with this harness on my dog every time I take her hiking.Tho there is coyote protective wear specifically made to mitigate an attack on a dog their design often doesn't offer much abdominal protection. This particular harness covers more abdominal area of my dog and the buckle system keeps the harness snug and secure. The only thing I like to see the manufacturer do is come up with a way to insert some kind of flexible protective panel to the top and abdominal area of the harness or double the thickness. Problem with doing that is it could make it more uncomfortable for the dog to wear for any length of time. True canine body armor is pretty expensive and heavy. This harness is a good design, is rugged and offers at least some protection that most other harness designs don't. Coupled with a spiked collar and "appropriate tools " in which to defend your dog if attacked, I recommend this particular harness as the best you can find for the price.
