It is a pretty nice gripper. Even if you need high resistance, it will give at 40kg, which would be tougher than any other normal gripper. If you are a beginner or a gymmer who started paying attention to grip strength, this is very useful to train in beginning, once you get to the level to pinch it at 40kg easily, step up the game and buy some of 150lb grippers. I arm wrestle a lot since childhood, so it was easy for me to completely close it at 40kg , but none of my friends could close it fully, and some of them are serious about their physique and strength, and spend a lot of time and effort at gym.

Excellent for beginners. Not durable for a very long time. The weight adjusting mechanism works fine. Overall worth buying.

Sturdy product...
The perfect gripper for your forearms. Much better than oxofit. You can feel the tension in your forearms.If possible, pair this with a forearm blaster to train your forearms. Not sure if Nivia has one, but check fitsy’s.. (have ordered one after trying out my friend’s). These two work well together...

The media could not be loaded. I just used for 10 days and this product has lost one part!! Due to which is it not working and the spring is moving from it place.⛔
