The original picture on this item was the whole chair and the description wasn't all that clear about what the product was - although it looks like they may have updated the picture now. This might be a great option if you need a replacement arm for a specific type of chair - but don't order it if you wanted the whole chair! Amazon was really gracious in taking back my order for a full refund, but it really was my error for not reading more details - or the reviews! Always read the reviews!!

Love the chair but it did not have enough padding. The height is perfect, but if you sit on it for too long your legs go to sleep. Fast delivery.

I feel I have been totally taken advantage of. I thought what I was ordering was a chair so I ordered the item to find out although it was listed as a chair...it is only chair arms. What is one supposed to do with chair arms???
