Freeman Flakes Carvable Purple 1 Lb Bag Injection Melting Wax for Gold Silver Platinum Industrial Alloys

Feels similar to blue or purple non-injection wax, doesn't gum up tools as much as traditional injection wax which is just a hot mess to with with- it does, however, gum up in burs etc, more than non-injection wax.I have a similar workflow to the other reviewer where I'll make a mold of an incomplete project ( eg a basic signet ring) and then finish the wax from the mold.It is not overly brittle and I haven't noticed shrinkage but will update this review if I notice it in rings cast into molds I've used before.

I use this in a workflow of making rubber molds of not yet perfect models,and then carve and build up to make the waxes what i need.this works well.Price is reasonable.
