I was first sent the item without the business card holder which is what I ordered. The shipper was quick to send me the correct one. Now the first one did appear to be falling apart after a couple of days, but the replacement is beautiful. Definitely a conversation starter!!!

Amazing Product!!!
Was very pleased with this product. I was worried about not being able to fit my husbands full position because it was more than 25 characters and I purchased it and emailed them and asked if they could add a letter to it and they responded quickly and in the same day had it made and shipped to me. I got it like 3 business days after I purchased it. I highly recommend this product.My husband loves it and gets lots of compliments on it.

Beautiful! & the best customer service if there’s an issue!
This is beautiful! Very elegant. The writing was a little lighter than the picture showed, I contacted the company and they explained since it’s real wood that not all of them look the same and come out in different shades. They said they would try again to make it darker for me. BEST customer service I have ever dealt with! I received lots of compliments on it at work. It also arrived a lot earlier than the delivery window!

Letters hard to see
Very good quality. Only down side is the letters are hard to see since it's the same color as the wood. It would be nice if the letters were darker like the picture appears

Great customer service
I ordered the walnut desk name plate. It’s beautiful but since the letting is burned into the wood it’s hard to see. Order larger font size to see better. My husband was pleasantly surprised and loves it (larger font). This company went above and beyond to make me happy. Fast, beautiful work and excellent customer service . I would recommend
